So, now that you’ve found the right home loan and hold your Conditional Approval (generally subject to a satisfactory valuation report) the next step is to find the right property.

Shopping for a new home can be overwhelming. But if you have a clear picture of what you want (refer back to your ‘my home absolute must haves’ checklist) and how much you can afford it can be a fun experience.

If you’ve followed the steps of this guide, you’ve already done your research so you don’t need to waste time inspecting properties which don’t have the features you want. Be clear with the real estate agent and show them your ‘must haves’
