The program can take advantage of other problems as long as you are sincere in your need to be able to use the program. When you use this program to help you to reduce your mortgage rate on your home, you should be as honest as possible. Do not exaggerate or try to make your situation sound worse than it is. If the lender finds out that you have lied on the application, your chances of getting your mortgage reduction will be greatly reduced. One of the best options you should consider is to find professional help. A mortgage broker can do a great deal to help you find ways to reduce mortgage rates that may or may not require a mortgage-reduction hardship letter. If you do need a letter, the professional will be able to help you fill out the application and put together the letter so you can qualify as quickly as possible. Explain your situation to the professional so that he or she can help you. If you do not provide enough information, you could find yourself with a reduction that does not fit your budget as well as you would hope. Mortgage rates can make a big difference in how much you are paying for the mortgage. By getting your mortgage rates reduced, you can not only save money, but also hopefully allow yourself the opportunity to save your home from foreclosure.
