Auscomm has expanded this broker role by establishing a niche market with its Complete Development Project (CPD) initiative. CPD has adopted a holistic approach whereby it can take care of all the development processes for you:

Negotiating appropriate project finance |

In establishing CPD, Auscom has brought together a number of participants with the required experience and expertise to source and/or assess sites, prepare preliminary plans and designs, complete costings and feasibilities and attend to DA requirements for you. Auscomm also has valued relationships with a number of construction funders and as such is able to arrange lending approvals, and where required end take-outs for qualifying projects.
