
Our 100% Offset Home Loan combines a fully featured home loan with all the benefits of a 100% offset account. This is a single home loan account with easy to read monthly bank statements and Online Banking summary splitting the loan into two portions. One shows traditional home loan details – how much you owe, while the other separates the offset balance showing how much you have in the bank.
You will receive one account number and transact entirely via the offset balance, which is fully transactional. You may deposit all your income and access funds using Online Banking, phone banking, ATM’s, and EFTPOS facilities.
With 100% Offset Home Loan you can save on account keeping fees because our product does not have an account keeping fee attached to it.
The good news is that because interest on the loan is in effect calculated on the net loan balance (i.e. the loan balance less the offset balance) at the loan rate, you get a 100% offset benefit.
It doesn’t matter whether you have a standard variable interest rate or a fixed interest rate, interest is first calculated on the offset balance using the interest rate applicable to the loan and that amount then is deducted from the amount of interest calculated on the loan balance. That’s 100% offset 100% of the time.

LO DOC OPTION
An Offset Loan designed for self employed and PAYG applicants who are unable to provide documentary evidence of income.
We make it easy by not asking for verification of your taxable income. You are required however, to complete a Declaration of Financial Position, confirming that the repayments will not adversely impact on your capacity. ABN registered for a minimum of 2 years must be on the declaration (self employed applicants only)
